PERSONEL & INFRASTRUCTURE
The Company employs about 100 highly skilled and qualified production and quality control Personnel. The Company has 26,000 sq. ft. covered area for its manufacturing plant and administrative office and 10,000 sq. ft. of open lands for future expansion. The Company has adequate capacities and facilities of manufacturing plant and testing Laboratory equipped with State-of-the-art machine and testing equipments.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
The Company's manufacturing facilities include equipments like Dispersion Kneader, Mixing Mills, Calendaring Machines, Compression Moulding Machines, Braiding Machines, Knitting Machines, Shot Blasting Machines, Boilers, Vulcanisers, etc.. The Company has utility service arrangements like Diesel Generating Set, Air-Compressors, Adequate Water supply and underground reservoir etc.

The Company also has in-house facilities for welding and painting of its products like Engine Mountings and Aluminum casting facilities for manufacturing mandrels of different diameters and configuration for manufacturing profiled Hoses.

The Company has four Open Mills for Laminar Mixing of rubber ingredients. We have recently installed Dispersion Kneader Machine for implementation of more advanced dispersion mixing methodology for uniform mixing of rubber ingredients. We have future plans for installation of Continuous mixing mills which has three-in-one sequential facilities of :-
        1. Mixing
        2. Venting
        3. Extrusion TOP

TESTING FACILITIES
The Company has in-house facilities for verification and testing of metallurgical and performance characteristics of its products. We have also arrangements for testing from Nationally Recognized outside Laboratories for special characteristics of products as desired by customer. Our in-house testing facilities include testing equipments like - 10 Tone Universal Testing M/c, Tensile Testing M/c, Suction & Collapsibility Testing M/c, Burst Pressure Testing Equipment, Muffle Furnace, Ageing Ovens, Specific Gravity Tester, Oil-Seal Leak Tester, etc. We have facilities and arrangements for carrying out almost all test mentioned in JIS, DIN, ASTM, SAE, BS & IS, etc.

Future plans exist for creating further laboratories facilities for Abrasion Resistance, Heat Build-up, Rebounds Resistance etc. by installing equipments like Dunlop Cryodon Abrasion Tester, Goodrich flexometer and Wallace Dunlop Tripsometer.

Measurement of viscosity is one such characteristics which require control at different intermediate processing stages till the final stage of rubber compound is reached for which we have also plan for installing mooney Viscometer for testing viscosity property of rubber compound in raw, intermediate and final stages of processing.
